he takes care of customer relations and manage the cooperative’s stakeholder network. As Project Manager he takes care of the planning and monitoring phase of integrated plans to support territorial and business development interventions. Expert in labor policies and employment services, who deals with human resource development plans and analysis of the skills needs of public and private organizations.

Maria Mazzei

ADMINISTRATOR, MANAGER OF THE SERVICES AREA FOR WORK
(SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER)

A member of the Board of Directors and the Head of the Labor Services Area of the cooperative. She deals with planning, fund rising, analysis and support to companies and local authorities in the definition and activation of organizational development plans and human resource management.

Maricetta Rizzo

ADMINISTRATOR - HEAD OF FINANCE AND MANAGEMENT CONTROL
(SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER)

Member of the Board of Directors and Head of the Finance and Management Control Area, and of the Quality System. She deals with the design, coordination and management of complex projects aimed at public and private clients, in particular she takes care of the design and management of reporting systems for projects financed on structural funds and social reporting (Social Responsibility Report and Ethical Certification). She is a licensed operator in the Lazio Region for the identification and transparency of skills acquired in non-formal and informal learning contexts.

Elisabetta Cannova

HEAD OF EUROPEAN NETWORKS AND PROJECTS
(SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER)

She carries out planning, coordination, management and monitoring of interventions in active labor policies, social policies, lifelong learning, orientation to business choice, continuous training, sustainable local development and national and European cooperation. She is a facilitator of processes and participatory processes and a teacher of economic and financial planning. She deals with European planning in the field of lifelong and continuous learning and since 2015 she is one of the Italian ambassadors of EPALE European Platform for Adult Education. She is a licensed operator in the Lazio Region for the identification and validation of skills acquired in non-formal and informal learning contexts.

Pina Rozzo

PRODUCTION MANAGER OF THE ROME OFFICE
(SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER)

Sociologist of the organization, she takes care of the promotion and development activities for Speha Fresia, direction of training and orientation activities, project planning and management, social research, technical assistance to Municipalities for the planning of policies and evaluation of social services, analysis of needs and consultancy for the professional and organizational development of SMEs. She deals with the evaluation of learning and she is an operator authorized by the Lazio Region for the services of transparency and validation of skills and the release of training credits.

Arcangelo Li Calzi

PRODUCTION MANAGER FOR SICILY
(SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER)

Accredited for Speha Fresia at MISE as Innovation Manager. He is the contact person for the innovation area of the cooperative. He deals with organizational consultancy for companies for the digitalization of processes; planning of local development interventions, monitoring, evaluation and reporting, management consultancy for the verification of business initiatives and business creation; Didactic planning and teaching in the field of safety in the workplace.

Dario Nepi

JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Designer and support for the coordination of projects in the sectors of social and work inclusion.
he deals with the design and management of integrated guidance and training interventions aimed at employed, unemployed and weaker sections of the labor market from inter-professional funds, ESF funds.
He is a licensed operator in the Lazio Region for the identification and transparency of skills acquired in non-formal and informal learning contexts

Nadia Mancini

RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCREDITATIONS AND REPORTING EUROPEAN PROJECTS AND SERVICES FOR WORK

Responsible for the activities related to the Accreditation and Authorization systems recognized to Speha Fresia in the field of professional training, employment services, research activities, interventions in favor of vulnerable groups, by Regions, Municipalities, National bodies of Research, competent Ministries and the Presidency of the Council. Responsible for reporting activities relating to European projects and for employment services projects.

Agnese Perrotta

ADMINISTRATIVE AND REPORTING MANAGER FOR COMPLEX PROJECTS

She deals with administrative management: general and analytical accounting, payroll and contribution management, management of relationships with customers, suppliers and banks; application of rules and procedures for the management of records in financial monitoring systems and reporting of overall projects.

Fulvio Campa

OPERATIONAL MANAGER OF DIGITAL SERVICES AND PROJECT REPORTING

IT manager of the Cooperative, he deals with the IT system and the internal network, the management of institutional websites and social communication, the design in the IT and technological fields, the FAD platform.
He deals with the management and reporting of projects at various levels, financial monitoring systems, management of IT platforms. In the training field he deals with coordination, teaching and tutoring in training courses also in FAD and webinar mode.

Alessio Capponi

Junior Project Manager e Operatore del Mercato del Lavoro

Laureato in Lettere e specializzato in Archeologia, esperto di Politiche Attive del Lavoro, svolge attività di Orientamento al lavoro e attivazione di Tirocini extracurriculari e di inclusione sociale a favore di fasce svantaggiate (disoccupati di lunga durata, migranti, disabili e Rom). Supporta la Project Manager Senior nelle azioni di management e nella produzione degli Intellectual Output dei Progetti Europei in cui Speha Fresia è partner e capofila.

È operatore abilitato nella Regione Lazio per i servizi di messa in trasparenza e validazione delle competenze ed il rilascio di crediti formativi.

Team
