Activities

The cooperative designs and implements activities in research, training, territorial animation, socialization paths at work, business creation and self-employment, business coaching and tutoring, management consultancy for public and private companies, monitoring and evaluation, accompaniment and development of the small-micro enterprise, of the third sector and of the cooperative movement.
It develops IT applications and uses the new ICTs for the creation of operational tools and teaching aids, in the research and experimentation of new more effective paths for end users.

CARRIER GUIDANCE

Carrier guidance as a service to the person throughout the whole course of life, empowerment as a model of intervention on the individual and the community. Emancipation and interdependence are the two lines of our orientation paths, inextricably linked to the context in which they develop: the environment, institutions and socio-work planning policies, due to their specificities and changes in the local and global scenario.

Training and learning, according to an holistic and respectful of differences approach, with individualized or personalized educational paths, integrating methodologies through the multidisciplinary contamination of practices. TRAINING

RESEARCH

Research – intervention to support innovative devices and enhance good practices in the field of social economy, local development policies, training and lifelong education. The preference for qualitative research influenced the different areas of intervention, focusing its attention on participatory practices in community work, and on narrative and auto-biographical methods in orientation, training and adult education.

Design and management of local development projects, such as:

Governance and participatory citizenship: consultancy, management and implementation of integrated services for citizens;
Accompanying the start-up and development of business networks;
Development of the social economy: accompanying the drafting of the Social Responsibility Report and the Gender Budget;
Business creation and development: business incubators, professional needs analysis, entrepreneurial training and business feasibility plans;
Environmental sustainability: assistance in the planning and implementation of integrated corporate and territorial interventions;
Social impact monitoring, evaluation and reporting systems.
